Why Two Countries?

While it may seem unusual that this type of business operates in two countries, we feel that the approach is one of our strengths. In our travels across the U.S. and Canada, it became clear that communities share many common concerns.  While solutions may differ, the basic rules for finding funding are often the same.  It is also increasingly clear that challenges and needs do not respect boundaries and often need collective responses.  Communities from both countries have creative solutions and ideas to share with one another.  Promoting such a dialogue will be an integral part of our process.
